Here is an original 1890 letter from the Garden City Tonic Company of Chicago
to the Great Falls Liquor Co of Great Falls Montana. This is historically significant, since the Great Falls Liquor Co
had just been organized earlier that year by Jacob Switzer + Fred Langerman, but dissolved in September, just months later.    This letter is dated March 31, 1890 only weeks after organizing.
Now the business is to be known as the Bateman-Switzer Co, which will become a fixture in Great Falls for many years.
I have done some research on the company in the early years, so please review some of the interesting clippings.
The photo and article on the Bateman-Switzer Co appeared in the Great Falls Tribune in 1941.
The letter contains content about a recent shipment, prices, and future business.
It is in EX condition.
