    Letter dated January of 1798 from Daniel Wheeler of Swansea, Ma. to his wife (Lucy Wheeler) in which Daniel refers to her as Madame. He is writing from Trenton, North Carolina in Jones County. The letter consists of Daniel lamenting about his health and his desire God willing he sees her again. Daniel Wheeler I believe may have been a member of the old Concord, Massachusetts Wheeler family where a great deal of genealogy is found on the Wheeler family. *1798 was the same year that Jones County in North Carolina began. 12 x 15 inches Wife’s name identified through other Wheeler documents.
