    The AMI type R-90 Gear Motor is used on the AMI D40, D80, E40, E80 and E120 as both the Record Carriage Motor and the Record Transfer Motor, depending on which gear is mounted on the shaft.
    This motor has the 9 tooth F-47 idler sprocket used to move the Record Carriage.
    This 28 volt DC motor has been disassembled, cleaned and tested - it is ready for immediate use.
    The plastic armature cover is missing.
    I believe this motor can be used on the earlier models.
