Brass Info Serial number plate - original SEEBURG 146 trashcan jukebox & SCREWS

I rescued this Trashcan from the trash. Some parts look to be useable and I will be listing them as I get time. If there's anything you are looking for, check my other auctions or message me.
This auction is for the original brass name plate from the back of the jukebox. It includes the name, model and serial numbers, and voltage, cycles and watt information. See picture for specifics. Light surface dust/dirt. Indented where screws were originally installed. Screws are included as pictured.
