The Grandview is a family-orientated resort adjacent to the South Point Casino which has several restaurants, movie theatres and a bowling alley. The resort offers a free shuttle service to the grocery store.
Your luxury lock-off suite, sleeps 8, each side of the suite features a king-sized bed in the bedroom and queen sofabed in the living room, fully
equipped
kitchen, dining table, and a washer/dryer.

Maintenance fees (including taxes) are approximately 5
billed in November and due January 1.
Buyer usage begins with the 2022 week.
This deeded timeshare ownership is paid in full, maintenance fees are current, and the seller is paying closing costs and ownership transfer fee.
Payment can be made by check, money order, or credit card.
A 3% transaction fee will be added to payments made by credit card.
At the end of the auction, we will message you for your contact information.
A purchase agreement and escrow documents will be emailed to you along with an invoice for purchase price.
The resort requires a copy of your photo ID, if you cannot furnish this information, please refrain from bidding.
All questions will be answered during the business hours of
Monday through Friday 9am - 4pm eastern time.
Closing services will be handled by Resale Closing, LLC.
