    Menu from the Hotel Rancho Nimajay in Antigua, Guatemala - the initials "C. A." (Central America). One side is illustrated with an upper and lower decorative border as well as a small illustration of two people walking near a mountain, all printed in green, red, and a tan/peach color. On the other side, the menu for "Almuerzo" (lunch) in Spanish and English, and is dated August 5, 1948. Fare includes Enchilada a la Chapin, Lomito de res al Jorno Papas, Pastel de Manzana and more.    Small text above the lower decorative border says it was printed by Lito B. Zadik & Co. 7 3/4" x 5 1/4"
