This 3 bedroom, 2 bath knockoff unit means that it can be divided into both a 2 bedroom &/or a 1 bedroom as needed.  There are both condos and individual cottages available depending on demand.  Each unit has its own stackable washer/dryer and many have beautiful decks to enjoy looking at the surrounding nature.  It has been converted to a points system in which you get 120,000 points every odd year.  And since any unused points can be banked for the following year, you basically can use it every year but only have to pay the maintenance fees every other year essentially dividing the fees in half.  There are enough points that depending on how you use them, could give you 2 or more vacations per year. There is a small annual fee of 2.00 for membership in in the Club Explore points program.  We almost never use the full 120,000 points in one year and we are a family of 5. We have even had enough left-over points to give trips to family members as gifts sometimes.
Plus, there are still 20,500 points available for use this year!
When going through a travel club such as Interval International you can pretty much vacation all over the world at a fraction of the cost.  We have used it to vacation in Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda, Canada, and across the USA.  I'm selling it because of a divorce, and I have health issues that limit me quite a bit.  Also, my kids are grown and off starting their careers and are too busy and don't have the time or money to use it.
There are plenty of local attractions for the whole family such as Busch Gardens, water parks, historical theatre, etc.  Plus, the resort itself offers daily free activities as well.  And it is only about an hour from Virginia Beach for day outings.
