Our property, thousands of acres, is located in Yuma and Phillips counties (NE Colorado ) No mountains here. These deer run in pasture and irrigated corn fields. In past we have had 100% success rate.

    This is a rifle hunt to take one deer. mule or white tail on our property, thousands of acres, in unit 98 in Phillips or Yuma county.  The voucher is for 12/1/2021 thru 12/14/2021.  This is first voucher we have drawn since 2014 and we drew two this year. NE Colorado, no mountains here, these deer run in grass and irrigated corn fields in summer but corn should be harvested by Dec one.  In past we have had 100% success rate.  Before you hunt we will take you around and show you our property and some good spots, this is all we do period.
