    This is for a vtg 40s NIXONS Finer Foods restaurant menu in good/vg condition as pictured.   This was one of the restaurants (the 1st?) owned by the Nixon family in Whittier and later run by Donald Nixon, brother of former President of the United States, Richard M. Nixon.
    Lots of political issues came about from loans given to Donald Nixon and The Nixon Burger was used to Taunt Richard Nixon in his run for Governor of California.
    Nixons' had 4 other locations, all on Whitteir Boulevard. A Drive In, A Complete Market, a Coffee Shop and a Bakery.
    The chain was closed and put up for sale in 1957.
    Folded, it measures 8 1/2" x 11 1/2".  Shows edge wear and some surface creasing.  Overall for its age, in pretty nice shape.
