Unused timeshare vacation villa sleeps 4 with a King-sized bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room. This 1 bathroom unit gives access to all amenities of the resort such as the pool, spa, gym, gift shop, beach access, and on site restaurant. Visits are on week 5 in even years, with the next available use in 2022. Maintenance fees were 5 in 2021 but could increase at any time per resort discretion. We are a military family which makes it difficult to take advantage of this unit, but hopefully it will serve someone better. We just can't afford to keep paying for something we won't be able to use. We are willing to negotiate any terms!
