Some of the symptoms:
Jukebox loose memory after turning off?
Sound settings always need reset?
Does it forget the CDs and not allow album play?
Free play have to be reset after turning off?
Your ram battery is dead.
You remove and send me your your control unit ES-5 board as shown in picture 2.
MUST be an ES-5 board.
ES-4 repair is on a separate listing.
I will then replace your ram/lithium battery and test/reset board to free play, optimal base and treble, album play or any other settings you request.
