VINTAGE LOT OF 2 CARVED CINNABAR RED LACQUER JEWELRY TRINKET BOXES ASIAN

Description

For sale is this lot of 2 beautifully carved jewelry/trinket boxes. They are Asian, maybe Chinese and are in the cinnabar red lacquer design. Each one has an intricate design on the top. One is a floral design with measurements of 2 3/4" x 2 3/8" x 1 1/2". I am not sure what the other box's design is but it measures 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" x 1 1/8".
They have normal wear and tear for their vintage age and are in very good condition. The square box has a small nick on the upper right hand corner of the bottom portion, you can see this on the 6th picture. The rectangular box has a "lifting" of the red paint on one of the corners, you can see this on the last picture.
