Vintage My child Doll (girl, brown hair, blue eyes) Clothes

Pre-loved. Vintage, does have wear to doll. Belly and foot have a large stain. It’s hard to tell in photos but the stain is like a redish tint, it’s also elsewhere on body. Other various stain on neck, arms head. Comes with everything in photos. I’m not sure if the clothes are authentic MY child. There is a lot of fuzz on the Velcro and a stain to shirt.
