Surrounded by a private, 18-hole golf course, Wolf Creek Village offers a year-round playground for sports enthusiasts and families. Guests can enjoy the golf course, pro shop and restaurant. The resort features two outdoor pools, whirlpool tub, fitness room, sauna, racquetball courts, tennis court, picnic area, and game room. The resort is just minutes from some of the best skiing and snowboarding in North America. Guests can also enjoy nearby swimming, boating, water sports fishing, and horseback riding. Restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities, and shopping are also nearby. The resort is within 5 miles of Nordic Valley Ski resort, about 7 miles from Powder Mountain Ski Resort, and 20 miles from Snow Basin Ski Resort. Only 4 miles from the resort is the Pineview Reservoir's Port Ramp Marina, which provides full boat service, including daily launching and dry-docking.

their right to purchase the property back from the seller or
waive
and allow the purchase to proceed as contracted with you as the buyer. If the resort exercises their right to buy the property back, your deposit will be refunded.

Process:
When the auction is closed, please provide the following information via email
name(s), address, City, State and Zip, daytime phone, email address. All information is required within the same day of auctions end.
Closing times may vary by location of ownership; and while we make every effort to ensure the speedy delivery of your deed/membership, as a rule
delivery shall take a minimum of 90 days of and may take as long as 180 days
(depending on the resort's specific transfer process
).
Closing includes: Preparation of deed and state tax forms (when applicable to the transfer of your timeshare). After our closing department gathers and prepares the transfer documentation; we will deliver your deed to the appropriate county clerk or court to be recorded. Last, a written notification of the transfer, and a copy of the recorded deed are delivered to the resort.
