Built in 1928 and completely renovated in 2000, these historic buildings offer a friendliness found nowhere else in the Alamo City.
Offering spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep two to six guests and range from 300 to 1,271 square feet. Suites feature one queen bed in the studio, one queen bed and a sleeper sofa in the one-bedroom suite and two queen beds with a sleeper sofa in the two-bedroom suite. WHO IS HANDLING THE CLOSING? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR UPDATES?

The average closing time (receipt of funds/paperwork to final documents sent to the resort) is 4-6 weeks. Some resorts require ROFR which can delay the closing 15-30 days. If the buyer purchases Title Insurance (when available) it will increase closing time 3-4 weeks, on average. Some resorts and locations may have other closing processes that make the closing time longer.
